Deep cleaning is perfect for clients who haven’t had their home cleaned professionally within the last month. We recommended a deep cleaning for first time clients, in order to give your cleaner the time they need to achieve the high-quality results you expect.
Once that’s complete, our Standard Cleaning is the perfect choice for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly follow-up cleanings.

Our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning service provides a meticulous, top-to-bottom clean to prepare your home for its next chapter — whether you’re settling in or handing over the keys. We ensure every surface is refreshed, every corner is spotless, and the space feels truly move-in ready.
To help us deliver the best results, please ensure the home is empty and that no other work (such as moving or repairs) is taking place during your scheduled service. Access to water and electricity is also required.
If your home requires extra attention due to buildup or heavy wear, we may recommend adding a Deep Cleaning to ensure our team has the time needed to meet our high standards of care.
For Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings, simply select the “Move-In/Out” option in the Extras section when booking — this allows us to tailor your service for a detailed, top-to-bottom clean.

Our cleaners take pride in delivering exceptional results with every visit. That said, to protect your home, belongings, and our team, there are certain services we are unable to offer. These limitations are in place to ensure safety, quality, and consistency on every cleaning.
If you’re ever unsure about a specific request, we’re happy to clarify — simply contact us before your appointment and we’ll guide you through the best solution.
The following services fall outside the scope of what we provide:
Performing cleaning while other services (construction, plumbing, painting, etc.) are in progress.
Lifting or moving heavy furniture or appliances (e.g., refrigerators, stoves, large tables).
Moving delicate or fragile décor such as artwork, vases, or framed pictures.
Putting dishes away after washing (we’re happy to load the dishwasher, but we avoid handling your glassware and fine dishes to prevent damage).
Cleaning any area that can’t be safely reached with standard tools or a step stool.
Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery.
Cleaning exterior windows.
Cleaning or detailing mini blinds beyond light dusting — we have found that they are easily bent or damaged if anything beyond dusting is attempted.
Removing strong odours such as smoke, mould, or pet waste — again, we will do our best.
Cleaning the interior of dishwashers or washing machines.
Cleaning light bulbs or fixtures that require disassembly.
Cleaning homes with rodent or insect infestations.
Removing paint, adhesive, or construction debris.
Post-construction cleaning (This is available upon request and quoted in person. To inquire, contact us here).
Deep carpet or floor treatments (steam cleaning, polishing, or waxing).
Removing heavy wall or baseboard marks that may risk damaging paint.

We understand that plans can change. You can easily cancel or reschedule your cleaning directly from your customer account — it only takes a few clicks.
